Morenike Omaiboje is a highly accomplished management and development professional with over four decades of distinguished experience spanning human resources, administration, organizational leadership, consulting, nonprofit management, advocacy, and institutional development. Renowned for her depth of experience, strategic insight, and people-centered leadership style, she has built an exceptional career driving organizational effectiveness, strengthening institutions, developing people, and leading transformational initiatives across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors.

 

She currently serves as a Board Member at the Women Consortium of Nigeria (WOCON), a leading non-governmental organization with Special Consultative Status with the United Nations. In this role, she leads large-scale advocacy, grassroots mobilization, donor-funded initiatives, and strategic intervention programmes focused on combating human trafficking, irregular migration, gender-based violence, exploitation, and modern slavery.

Over the years, Morenike has successfully coordinated multi-stakeholder programmes involving international development partners, government institutions, community leaders, faith-based organizations, media platforms, and grassroots networks. Her work has directly contributed to awareness creation, rehabilitation efforts, women empowerment initiatives, community capacity building, and the protection of vulnerable women and children across several communities within and outside Nigeria.

Before transitioning fully into development and advocacy work, she built an impressive corporate career in the oil and gas, outsourcing, manufacturing, and security sectors. She worked with global oil companies including Texaco Nigeria Limited and Addax Petroleum Development for over two decades, where she gained extensive experience in administration, operations management, executive support, customer relations, organizational systems, and Total Quality Management. She also served in senior management and consulting capacities with Strategic Outsourcing Limited and Design Options Limited, where she played a pivotal role in recruitment, organizational development, HR systems design, workforce management, and operational leadership.

Widely respected as a facilitator, trainer, speaker, and mentor, Morenike has facilitated leadership, customer service, communication, emotional intelligence, workplace effectiveness, management, and professional development programmes for corporate organizations, government agencies, financial institutions, and multinational brands. Her facilitation portfolio includes engagements with organizations such as Shell, Chevron, MTN, Airtel, Coca-Cola, Guinness, Nigerian Breweries, and several financial institutions.

An internationally recognized advocate for women’s empowerment and social transformation, she has spoken at conferences and leadership platforms across different countries, including India, and has consistently championed initiatives focused on women leadership, youth development, rehabilitation, mentoring, and social inclusion. She has also contributed significantly to public sector capacity-building programmes, including facilitation engagements for Lagos State Government initiatives and law enforcement training programmes.

Morenike is also an African Union Election Observer and Technical Team Member involved in the development of Election Mission Reports across Africa. Ada Viola Obuekwe

Ada Viola Obuekwe is an accomplished Learning and Development, Operations, and Project Management professional with over 15 years of diverse experience across consulting, healthcare, banking, and telecommunications sectors. She currently serves as Project Support Manager at the International Human Resource Development Company (IHRDC) and Managing Partner at Jenopes Consulting Limited, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on competency framework development, organizational effectiveness, and business growth. Ada has successfully managed and delivered large-scale transformation and culture change programs, including multi-regional projects that improved employee engagement, customer experience, and operational performance.

AUSTIN ANYAOGU

Austin is a professional business advisor with significant experience in diverse sectors of the economy. His experience spans audit, accounting & finance, project management, business development and consulting and he has over 20 years of working experience cutting across different sectors.

He is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University where he studied Accounting (1989) with an MBA in Banking and Finance from University of Nigeria in 1998. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria (FCE) and Associate Member (AMNIM) Nigerian Institute of Management            .

Austin work experience started with Uloko Thomas & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants where he was Senior Consultant, Tax & Business Advisory. He also worked with TRANSCON GROUP, Group Internal Auditor and he later moved on to become the Project Accountant of INDEV Group (Managers of Niger gas Ltd). He became the Chief Accountant of Air Liquide Nig Plc. in 1998 and later joined Standard Trust Bank Plc. (now UBA) where he started his banking experience. His banking experience spans Diamond Bank Plc., Diamond Mortgages Ltd (Subsidiary of Diamond Bank Plc.) where he was Divisional Head, Finance and Operations and later FinBank Plc. where he assisted in business development in two regions   before he retired to join S.M.A.R.T. Advisory limited as partner. He presently leads a group of committed professionals at Dan and Dave Consulting Limited to providing exceptional business support that helps clients fulfil their business objectives.

Austin’s area of expertise covers setting up internal audit system, fraud detection, investigation and report writing to the management/board for actions and resolutions,  financial and tax audits, policy formulation on both Finance and Operations, budget preparation and implementation, financial advisory, project management, due diligence, restructuring and divestment of projects.

Kola Olutimehin is a Dream-Driver and an internationally acclaimed inspirational speaker who travels around the world inspiring people and corporations to channel their energies and focus towards their endeavour. An accountancy graduate from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK, Kola has consulted and contributed significantly to productivity and business process re-engineering with blue chip companies and entrepreneurs in two continents.

He is the author of an inspirational book titled Dream and Achieve, with the subtitle, discover and express your passion in your lifetime.

 Dream and Achieve guides one to induce a dream and work towards the achievement of the dream in one’s lifetime. Kola is also the author of The Nigerian Dream, a book that challenges every Nigerian and lover of Nigeria to contribute their personal and corporate efforts to uplifting the nation out of a state of despondency to an enviable one. The foreword to The Nigerian Dream was written by His Excellency, General Dr Yakubu Gowon, GCFR, a former Head of State of Nigeria from 1966 to 1975. 

In addition, Kola is a serial author in ‘The Making of an Icon’ series. He has co-authored the auto-biographies of eminent personalities, extracting principles that may be learnt from their lives, in what he has referred to as the Iconic Principles. An innovation, the Iconic Principles, which come up at the end of each chapter, provide an educational aspect to these biographies. Some of the titles in this series include World Without End (Akintola Williams – first Nigerian Chartered Accountant); Endless Footprints (Oye Williams); Lagos State – My Life of Service with Integrity (Brigadier-General Mobolaji Johnson – first Governor of Lagos State, Nigeria); My Destined Career (Sir Simeon Oguntimehin); Keeping Faith (Pat Utomi).

Kola is also the co-author of the institutional biography of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Titled Indelible Footprints – the ICAN story, this book was commissioned as part of the Institute’s Golden Jubilee anniversary in 2015, and as such chronicles, in an entertaining manner, the organization’s fifty years of history.

From his background as a chartered certified accountant, Kola focuses on the provision of business consultancy and advisory services to corporations and entrepreneurs. This is in order to help ascertain a business direction and work towards the attainment of the organization’s goals. Chiadi Ndu

Chiadi Ndu was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987 but  passion for  mental health overtook the study of law and she went back to the University of Lagos to study psychology. She has since obtained a Doctorate degree in Psychology. She has concluded various countinuing  professional developmental training programs with the Institute of Counselling Glasgow,  Beck Institute of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy amongst others.

She founded BTH Integrated Wellness and Therapy in 2012 and has completed over 8, 000hours  of professional counselling and psychotherapy . During this period, She led and trained a 12-person team of counsellors in  a global faith-based nonprofit with branches in over 100 countries.

She has worked as an affiliate of various international employee assistance service providers including CiC ( United Kingdom), Life Assist( South Africa) and Workplace Options Inc. On this platform, she has facilitated various employee assistance training workshops especially in the area of Stress Management and Mental Health awareness. Chiadi has also provided therapeutic services for employees of various multinational companies including MTN, C& I Leasing Plc, Exxonmobil, Total, Andela, and UBA plc.

 

Chiadi has also provided a UNICEF sponsored training for Mirabel Rape Centre -Nigeria’s first rape assault Centre. She is a certified Facilitator for the Darkness To Light organization, a U.S-based nonprofit, committed to empowering victims of child abuse.

In 2013, in collaboration with International SOS, Chiadi provided Post Trauma intervention for the only survivor on the world famous Tugboat Jascon-4 accident (featured on the BBC ) who was rescued 3 days after, on the capsized vessel around 30km off oil-producing Delta State of Nigeria. She also provided grief and bereavement therapy for the families of the deceased crew members. Her services were consequently sought by various oil and gas service companies including Seadrill Ltd when they lost a crew member on board their vessel West Saturn in 2015. Her firm BTH Integrated Wellness and Therapy led by Dr. Ndu, provided therapeutic intervention to the 6 survivors in the Bristow Helicopter Crash at the Oworonshoki area of Lagos state in 2018. They also provided Grief and Bereavement therapy for the families of the 6 deceased persons.

Chiadi effectively combines the wisdom of experience , the versatility of contemporary training and up to date professional development to provide unmatchable services in her therapy practice. Self disclosure during sessions is one of her strongest and most defining attributes as she draws on the wealth of her personal experiences to provide analogies , real and down to earth illustrations for her clients. An ardent believer in holistic wellness, Chiadi trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition New York and actively incorporates various aspects of nutrition, physical wellness and lifestyle in her practice.

She currently works for Mediserve Ltd  London as a Counselling Psychologist providing culturally relevant therapeutic intervention for sub-Saharan Africa ethnic minorities in the diaspora and she also works part-time as  Counselling Coordinator at Brent Carers Centre also in London.

Uche Kene-Okoye

Uche Kene-Okoye is a Business Analyst, a Management Consultant and an Entrepreneur, The desire to achieve greater success and a passion to identify a human need and design a road map to achieving that need is what drives Uche. She can conceptualize an idea and see it through to its implementation.

 

Uche has a Masters Degree in Information Systems from Widener University Chester, Pennsylvania, USA. She also has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Metallurgical & Materials Engineering) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. She has had trainings various areas such as Business Analysis , Customer Service, Operations Management to mention a few

Uche has worked with various organizations in different capacities. Upon obtaining her undergraduate degree, she worked as an Engineer for Prodigy International Lagos Nigeria, an internet service provider. After her graduate program, she went on to work for EarthLink Inc. Harrisburg, PA as a Broadband Engineer. She later took up a position as a Database Manager for the United Nations Development Programme where she designed and managed the database that was used by UNDP in the monitoring and payment of adhoc staff across 774 LGA in all states of the Federation.

Uche has also worked in the capacity of a Business Analyst, Operations Manager, Business Strategist and Customer Relations Manager for WinRok LTD Abuja, Jardin Nigeria LTD, Complus Systems LTD, iPathHub LTD and CN

Computers and Energy Solutions. She has also, at various times, worked to create systems and structure to help these organizations better run their businesses and meet their organizational goals.
